Notes: In order for the lock system to work the door must be fully shut. Sometimes if you get an error, it is because the connection got lost and I need to re-set the system from my app please text me if this happens.

Hallways/Common Areas:
Hoboken does not allow elevators in buildings built before 2005, so it is common that most places in Hoboken you need to walk up stairs. While you are in the hallways please be mindful that you are passing by residents’ homes and they would appreciate your respect and quiet behaviors.

Towels/Linens:
Yes, we provide towels and linens. We will leave enough out for you and have extras available upon request.

Supplies:
We will provide basic starter supplies, for example coffee pods, sugars, teas, napkins, soaps, and toilet paper for the first few days of your stay. If you are coming for a longer stay and need more than what we provide at some point, we ask that you bring or pick up items that are important to you. Just ask where the nearest store is, there are plenty to choose from like a CVS just a few blocks away. You might also notice that in our bathrooms there are some hygiene products like hair sprays or perfumes which we call “communal products” that guests have left behind for other future guests.

Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi login is sent to you with your check-in instructions, but you can also find it in the guidebook inside the apartment as well as underneath the router. If the Wi-Fi ever gets disconnected, please unplug the router, wait 5 minutes, plug it back in and try again. If it is still out there may be an outage with the company. Please text me if this happens.

Toilets:
We have strong toilets but please do not ever flush sanitary products or other items not meant for a toilet. There are plungers if needed in every bathroom.

Make sure you turn the AC/s off when you leave. For heaters each building is different so please message me for your specific apartment’s heating instructions.
